Payment Policy
- For overseas payments, the transaction amount will be converted using Xe.com rate + 2% on the transaction date.
- A remittance charge of THB 0.15 applies per transaction.
- Quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of receipt.
- Hotel confirmation will be provided only upon full payment by cash or bank deposit.
- In case of unavailability, alternate hotels will be suggested. Rate difference will apply based on selection. If not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
- Partial Refund:50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days before departure.
- No Refund:No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure, but future travel credits may be issued.
