Detailed Itinerary

• Day 1 | Arrival at Agatti Island

Arrive at Agatti Airport, where our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the
accommodation. After freshening up, begin your local sightseeing tour of Agatti Island, visiting the
Historical Museum and enjoying a relaxing beach visit. In the evening, return to your accommodation
and unwind. Overnight stay in Agatti.

• Day 2 | Thinnakara Island Visit & Sand Bank

After breakfast, embark on a full-day boat excursion to Thinnakara Island. Enjoy the crystal-clear
shallow waters where you can see vibrant corals, turtles, and colorful fish. A packed lunch will be served
on Thinnakara Island. Later, visit the nearby Sand Bank, a serene natural formation surrounded by
turquoise lagoons. Return to Agatti by evening. Overnight stay in Agatti.

• Day 3 | Glass Boat Ride & Kalppity Island

After breakfast, guests can choose to enjoy optional scuba diving (at their own cost) for an up-close
experience with Lakshadweep’s stunning marine life. After lunch, around 3:00 PM, depart by boat to
Kalppity Island, passing through beautiful lagoons, white sand stretches, and coral formations. Explore
the island and enjoy the scenic surroundings before returning to Agatti in the evening. Overnight stay in
Agatti.

• Day 4 | Departure

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Agatti Airport for your return flight, carrying unforgettable
memories of the pristine lagoons and coral beauty of Lakshadweep.

Terms and Condition

• Lakshadweep is an ecologically sensitive region—plastic use is restricted, and guests are requested to follow local guidelines.
• Movement outside designated islands is strictly prohibited without prior permission.
• Plastic is strictly banned on all islands; bringing disposable plastic bottles, bags, and wrappers is not allowed.
• The itinerary is subject to change or modification due to local conditions, weather, traffic, political disturbances, natural calamities, or operational constraints.
• ALFAWZ Travels reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel any part of the itinerary if required for safety, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If any sightseeing point is closed or inaccessible due to circumstances beyond our control, we will try to arrange an alternative, but no refunds will be provided.
• The company shall not be held responsible for any disruption, delay, or cancellation of services caused by adverse weather conditions, floods, landslides, or other natural factors.
• Guests are advised to keep some flexibility in their travel plans in case of unforeseen weather issues.
• ALFAWZ Travels shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by road blockages, bandhs, strikes, political rallies, or local unrest.
• In such cases, alternative arrangements may be made if possible, but additional costs (if any) will be borne by the guest.
• The company does not provide any accidental or medical insurance. Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal accidents, loss of belongings, and trip interruptions.
• ALFAWZ Travels will not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused services, including but not limited to sightseeing, transportation, accommodation, or meals, due to guest’s personal reasons, late arrival, or early departure.
• ALFAWZ Travels shall not be liable or responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation failures.
• The itinerary will not be changed due to flight or train delays/cancellations, or personal schedule changes.
• ALFAWZ Travels shall not be responsible for any delays, rescheduling, or cancellations of flights, trains, buses, or any other mode of transportation operated by third-party service providers.
• All additional expenses incurred due to flight or train delays, cancellations, or missed connections — including accommodation, meals, transportation, or alternative arrangements — will be borne entirely by the guest.
• In such circumstances, the itinerary will continue as scheduled, and no changes, refunds, or rescheduling will be made for missed sightseeing, transfers, or services resulting from transportation issues.
• Rates are valid for Indian citizens only and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out is 1200 hrs (may vary by hotel).
• Itineraries may change due to weather conditions or operational factors; alternate arrangements will be made if needed.
• Guests are advised to book scuba diving or water sports in advance to secure slots.

Payment Policy

• 50% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• 30% of the total amount must be paid 30 days before the date of travel.
• The remaining 20% must be cleared 10 days before the journey.
• In case of bookings made within 10 days of departure, 100% payment must be made upfront.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer / UPI / authorized online payment links only.
• Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more prior to departure – 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• 15–29 days prior to departure – 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• 07–14 days prior to departure – 90% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 07 days prior to departure / No Show – 100% cancellation charges apply.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, early departures, or partially availed packages.
