Daywise Itinerary
DAY 1 : ARRIVAL AT KATHMANDU AIRPORT
Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport you will be met by our representative he will
transfer you to the hotel, as reach check in to the hotel. Evening is free for leisure.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
DAY 2 : KATHMANDU – POKHARA ( 200 KM / 07 HRS. )
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to visit
Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath & Guheshwori (Shakti Peeth), after sightseeing
drive to Pokhara. Upon arrival at Pokhara; check in at the hotel. From the Pokhara
valley, you can see one of the most beautiful Himalayan Panoramas in the world.
The Annapurna and famous “Fishtail” mountain peak of Machhapuchhre tower over
the tropical setting of Pokhara and you spend there will be the scenic highlight of
your trip. You will have plenty of free time in Pokhara Valley, also called the “Magic
Land ” or Dreamland ” of Nepal, to explore various interesting places. In the evening
enjoy yourself in the lake side area. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.
DAY 3 : POKHARA SIGHTSEENG
Early in the morning around 05:00 am you will be taken to Sarangkot to see the
beautiful view of Sunrise after exploring the Sunrise from Sarangkot return to the
hotel. After breakfast, you will proceed for sightseeing of Pokhara city (Gupteshwor
Mahadev cave, Davi’s fall, Phewa Lake, Bindabasini temple and International
Mountain museum). Remaining leisure time, which you may enjoy walking around
the lakeside. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.
DAY 4 : POKHARA – KATHMANDU (200 KM /07 HRS. APPROX.)
After breakfast transfer back to Kathmandu. On the way, enjoy the Cable Car ride
while going to Manakamana Temple. Evening reach to your hotel, rest of the time
free for personal activities, Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
DAY 5 : KATHMANDU – DEPARTURE – KATHMANDU AIRPORT
Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Airport as per your
flight schedule, Tour end with sweet memories.

General Conditions & Remarks:
- • Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
- • Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
- • Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
- • We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
- • Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
- • In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
- • Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
- • The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
- • Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
- • All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
- • We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.
Cancellation Policy:
- • Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
- • If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
- • 15 to 07 Days – 50 % of the Total Cost.
- • 07 Days or less – 100% of the Total cost.
