Payment Policy

For overseas payments, the transaction amount will be converted using Xe.com rate + 2% on the transaction date.
A remittance charge of THB 0.15 applies per transaction.
Quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of receipt.
Hotel confirmation will be provided only upon full payment by cash or bank deposit.
In case of unavailability, alternate hotels will be suggested. Rate difference will apply based on selection. If not acceptable, the paid advance will be fully refunded.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 12:00 hrs

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
Partial Refund:50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days before departure.
No Refund:No refund for cancellations within 14 days of departure, but future travel credits may be issued.

Indian passport holders are eligible for Visa on Arrival / e-Visa (subject to current regulations).
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Return air ticket and confirmed hotel booking are mandatory.
